The Event

Package Includes:

 

*Daily continental breakfast

 

*Parking Staff, to include 2 parking attendants on the day of the reception.

 

*We provide the electricity to the tent however, depending on the electrical needs the client may be responsible for renting an additional generator.

 

*Manager service to oversee the property for the duration of the event.

 

 

Requirements

*Licensed Wedding planner or Day of Coordinator

*Tent & Port-a-potties required for events with 50 or more guests

 

WEDDINGS & EVENTS

Policies of Rancho Alegre Lodge: 

An event or wedding coordinator is required.

Manager will be on the property at all times during all house rentals.

Check-in time is 4pm.

Check-out time 11am.

A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of booking.

Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival, along with the 6% sales tax and 2% lodging tax.Payment of incidentals is required at time of departure.

Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the total amount unless the house can be re-let.Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.

A chef/caterer is available for hire.The above rates do not include taxes or gratuities.

No smoking is permitted in the house.

Maximum capacity for the house is 20 people.
