RATE OPTIONS (contact us for more information on package rates for weekly and monthly rentals) :
June thru September: $2,200 per night
December thru March: $1,800 per night (excludes Holidays)
May & October: $1,600 per night
Holiday rates- $2,200 per night- Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, Presidents Day , Labor Day, and Memorial Day
* 6% sales tax & 2% lodging tax is added to total rental amount
Policies of Rancho Alegre Lodge:
Manager will be on the property during all house rentals.
A continental breakfast is included in the daily rate (ask about our no breakfast option).
Concierge service and mid-stay housekeeping included in house rental.
A minimum nights stay does apply and varies by season, please inquire.
Check-in time 4pm. Check-out time 11am.
A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of booking.
Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival, along with the 6% sales tax and 2% lodging tax.
Payment of incidentals is required at time of departure.
Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the total amount unless the house can be re-let.
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.
A chef/caterer is available for hire.
The above rates do not include taxes or gratuities.
No smoking is permitted in the house.
Maximum capacity for the house is 20 people.
